Hulamatou's meal this week
Due to being a bit under the weather this week my meal choices were quite simple. This week I had a Caesar salad without meat as well as a side of tomato soup. My salad consisted of romaine lettuce, croutons and parmesan cheese with a side of caesar dressing. I decided to keep it simple simply because I wasn’t that hungry plus these options seem like the best, especially with how I was feeling. Since I used romaine lettuce for my salad, I found that they’re a great source of potassium which is greatly beneficial in maintaining cardiovascular health. For my tomato soup, I used tomatoes that a friend of mine grew herself. The fact that I used freshly grown tomatoes not only made it taste good, but it was also good for the environment, due to being unprocessed and freshly made.
